How do refunds, returns, and replacements work?

We want every customer to feel good about their purchase. Here's how returns, replacements, and refunds work at PiPi Tea — and which path applies to your situation:

  1. Unopened items. If your tea is still sealed in its original packaging, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. See How do I return an unopened item?.

  2. Damaged, contaminated, or wrong items. If your order arrived damaged, has visible quality issues (mold, off odor, etc.), or you got the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. See My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?.

  3. Opened or used tea you're not enjoying. Since tea is a consumable product, opened packs aren't eligible for a refund — but we have tips that often turn things around. See Not enjoying your tea?.
