If your tea is still sealed and unopened, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Here's how:

Email support@pipitea.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. A Return Authorization is required — items sent back without one won't be accepted.

Pack your unopened items in their original packaging with proof of purchase included.

Ship it back at your own cost. Once it's on its way, share the tracking number with us so we can monitor the return.

You'll receive your refund within 7–10 business days of us receiving and processing the return — credited to your original payment method.
A few notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Sale items and gift cards can't be returned
- Items returned to the wrong address aren't eligible for a refund — use the address provided in your Return Authorization
