Can I cancel or change my order?

Our warehouse uses an automated fulfillment system, which moves orders into shipping quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us as soon as possible — we can't guarantee changes, but we'll do our best.

  1. Email support@pipitea.com right away with your order number and what you'd like to change (cancel, update address, swap items). The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can stop or modify the order before it ships.

  2. We'll do our best, but it's not always possible. Our automated system moves quickly — once an order has entered shipping, we can't recall it.

  3. If your order has already shipped, you can return any unopened items within 90 days. See Return Instructions for the full process.

  4. Double-check your address at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we can't redirect it. If the wrong address was entered, you'll need to wait for delivery and return the package to us. If we made an error on our end, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
