My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
If your tea arrived damaged, contaminated, or you received the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery and
we'll send a replacement.
1. Email support@pipitea.com within 7 days with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief
description of what's wrong.
2. What counts as damaged, contaminated, or wrong:
- Packaging arrived torn, opened, or leaking, with tea spilled or exposed
- Visible mold, unusual discoloration, or off odor
- Foreign objects inside the tea
- Wrong product inside the package
- Items missing from your order
3. You don't need to return the affected tea. Once we've confirmed the issue from your photos or video, we'll arrange a
replacement shipment at no cost to you.
