When am I billed?

You choose your billing frequency when you sign up — monthly, every 60 days, or every 90 days. Here's how billing works:

  1. Billing recurs from your original order date. If your first subscription order was placed on the 15th, your future charges land on the 15th of each cycle.

  2. Your three billing intervals are:

    • Monthly — every 30 days
    • Every 60 Days — every 2 months
    • Every 90 Days — every 3 months
  3. You'll get a reminder email before each charge. This gives you time to skip, pause, or cancel if you need to before the payment processes.

  4. To check your next billing date or change your cycle, email support@pipitea.com with your order number. Our team will confirm your schedule and make any updates.
