What are your support response times?

Our support team operates 24 hours a day with team members in different parts of the world. Here's what to expect:

  1. Normal volume — within 24 hours. You should hear back from us within a day of emailing or messaging us.

  2. High-volume periods — within 24 to 48 hours. Sudden spikes (usually around promotion peaks) can stretch our response time. We aim to keep it within 48 hours and prioritize urgent issues like missed orders or payment problems.

  3. For the fastest reply, include your order number and a clear description of the issue in your first message. Back-and-forth questions add time — give us everything we need up front and we can resolve most issues in one reply.
