Email support@pipitea.com with your order number and what you'd like to do — cancel, pause, skip a shipment, change quantity or frequency, swap to a different tea, or update your delivery address. Our team will action it the same business day.

Cancel anytime before your next billing date. Once a payment has been processed and the order has shipped, we can't cancel it. If you no longer want it, you can return any unopened packs for a refund — see Return Instructions.

Pause your subscription if you're stocked up or need a break. Reach out to our team and we'll set up a pause that works for you. Pauses auto-resume at the end — you don't need to reactivate.

Skip a delivery if you want to stay subscribed but push your next shipment back. We'll move your next charge to the cycle after, and your subscription resumes on its normal schedule.
