Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 1–2 days to come online while the courier scans the parcel — that's normal. Here's how to check on your order:

Track your order at https://pipitea.com/apps/parcelpanel using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. The carrier handling your delivery will show up there.

Check the timing. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days of being placed (1–2 days with Expedited Shipping). After that, standard delivery times are:

USA and Canada: 2–5 days

Australia, NZ and Oceania: 5–12 days

Europe and UK: 5–12 days

Latin America: 9–26 days

Other countries: 11–30 days
These are estimates and can shift with carrier schedules, weather, or customs processing.
