How do I get a receipt for my order?
Receipts are sent to the email address you used at checkout, automatically. You may receive one or more of the
following:
1. A Stripe receipt from receipts@stripe.com, listed as "ST PIPI TEA" — confirms the charge and serves as proof of
payment.
2. A Shopify order confirmation from PiPi Tea — itemizes what you ordered, the total, and the shipping address.
3. A PayPal receipt if you paid via PayPal — sent directly from PayPal.
4. Need a tax invoice? If your country requires a tax-compliant invoice (VAT receipt, etc.), email support@pipitea.com
with your order number and we'll send one over.
If you can't find any of these emails, check your spam or promotions folder first. If they're not there, email us and
we'll resend.
